New Publix in Hampton Opens

Where are the Publix shoppers?! A while back, we mentioned that a new Publix was being built on Jonesboro Road at the intersection of Chambers Road. Well, as of 7 A.M. today, the Publix is now open. The ribbon cutting took place at 7 A.M. followed by the doors being opened to the public. The first shoppers were welcomed with Publix tote bags, white carnations, and smiles from Publix staff.
